FROM the Subscriber, on the 5th inst. a Negro Man named ALLEN. He will aim for Hertford or Northampton in this State.-- Allen is about 22 years of age, about five feet eight or nine inches high, yellow complexion, stout made, has a scar on his left jaw near the chin, and is remarkably wide across the nape of the neck---he wore away a black linsey coat, swansdown vest, and leather pantaloons; he carried with him two hats and some other clothing. Any person apprehending said Runaway, and securing him in any Jail, so that I get him again, shall be well rewarded for his trouble.
